Nice bag but the model received was not as the picture, also slightly smaller than quoted 33cm x 20cm x 10cm but there is no width at the top so you lose 3-5cm of height when filled. The top handles are straps with buckles on both sides - I kept it the bag but am finding the straps are bulky and getting in the way of the zip.The zip is full width but stops just one cm short of the end so you can’t overfill the bag or the zip drifts open.I would probably have returned it after the first use if I could.

Couldn't be happier with my new bag. LOVE the colour (yellow). I was looking for a new black bag for work, but saw this and couldn't resist. Looks and feels like a much more expensive bag, really good size - can get plenty in it and the design is so classy with the contrasting handles. So many people commented on it, can't wait for the summer so I can use it every day.

Recieved my back quickly really liked the colour,the material has a canvas/ suede type of material?unusual but very very nice,lovely bag looks well made,stitching well done,handles very strong,I am verydelighted with my bag,holds a lot of stuff.

really nice bag, lovely colour and well made. A nice contrast lining with good inside pockets for phone etc.Can be used as a shoulder bag or cross body bag too. Very speedy delivery. Highly recommended.

This is just the right size bag for me and I can use it as a cross body bag so can be hands free when needed. Excellent quality for the money. Have ordered 2 more in different colours
