Musician’s Friend
I play ukulele in my spare time and, since I can never remember my lyrics/chords, I play along with the Guitar chords app. This two-in-one stand is perfect for people like me. It acts as a normal mic stand, but with the great addition of the iPad (or tablet depending on what you use) holder, it’s good for day to day use. The seller is also nice enough to include a little pop filter, which is quite handy. The only complaint I have with this is that it’s not as sturdy as expected. Sometimes when I flipped the page on my iPad with a heavier hand, it shakes slightly. But for what I payed for, I am more than happy with what I got.

I like it and I’m gonna be sad when it dies on me.
Ok I am a professional musician and I was looking for something to replace a mic stand and a music stand all in one. This design is awesome iPad mount built in to a mic stand that’s just good thinking. Now all the joints are plastic so they are eventually going to become useless. The shock mount it comes with is nice but it would be nicer if the piece it screws on could fit any mic clip. It is very wobbly which isn’t to big a deal for me I’m not jumping around stage and dodging drunks in the bar. Having said all that if they made the same thing out of better materials I would pay $125 for this stand without batting an eye. Sadly it does not exist yet. But for the price of under $30 I really won’t complain and I have decided to keep it. I wish it was better quality because it is a fantastic design however I play at least 4 gigs a week and I know the joint on the boom is going to go out on me within a year ( if not I would welcome being wrong) and the cheap metal and plastic makes it very unstable. A good knock will tip it over and if you have a $1000 iPad on it that’s no good. But I’m using it for acoustic gigs so I’m not feeling the tip over vibe that others may encounter. I hope this company makes a better more sturdy version in the future like I said I would pay a great deal more for a quality execution of this product (hint hint). In the end you get what you pay for and this is a cheap ingenious stand.

Good Buy For Home Studio
So far it seems pretty good. The packaging however came in quite roughed up not sure if that was from Warehouse or shipping. It does what it's supposed to but i haven't yet used the tablet holder.

A great purchase.
The stand came without instructions and it was a "no brainer" to set up. Works great so far. Outstanding purchase.

Disappointed. Should have just bought a regular stand.
Mostly I am disappointed that you cannot change mic holders with industry standard holders. IE: the one that came with my blue encore 200. Followed closely buy the fact that it is useless in any other application other than practice in a jam room. Holder is hard to see past mic.

No. Don’t bother. Skip it. Falls over with just the weight of a mic.
This is so wobbly and unstable. It falls over after putting virtually any make in it. There’s no way we could set it up without it falling over. If you have a sandbag, then you could put it on one of the rear feet. Other than that it’s going to fall over. And no matter how you tighten it up, all parts are lose and have a lot of play.
