We use this humidifier at night while we sleep to humidify the dry winter air. So far it has helped raise the humidity in a fairly large room. It is pretty quiet, but has a little bit of noise that occurs at the higher levels of output. If you are super sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend this, but if you are more normal sensitivity to noise, it is great. We like the more compact size of the humidifier as it's easier to find a place for it. We run it for about 4-5 nights for 12 hours or so a night before it needs to be filled with water again. That is on the lowest speed. Overall we like it and think it makes us feel better having more humidity in the air.

I had a Vicks warm mist humidifier for a long time - after a night of running it, it would leave my window dripping with condensation. This one leaves my window fogged, so it's not as powerful. The mist seems to fall close by the humidifier rather than being propelled out. I ended up moving it to my bedstand so it was closer to my head. The directions it came with are vague and written in odd English. The control panel seems to light up when you touch it but then you have to touch again to get the button to engage? The cool mist button is always lit for some reason. There's no guidance on cleaning it. It is quieter. So it works but I'm not amazed.

This humidifier is okay but I cannot get it to stay on the warm setting. I’ve read and reread the directions as has my husband and we’ve followed those directions but the warm setting just doesn’t work . I probably would not purchase this brand again because it doesn’t work on the warm setting and it uses up the water you put in it quickly. It doe’s humidity a small to medium bedroom pretty well but it wouldn’t work well for anything larger than that size room AND we have to keep the bedroom door completely closed because obviously it isn’t large enough to work in a bigger area

So i like this product a lot. Mainly because it's freaking quiet. But occasionally it leaks, so I've had to place an Amazon envelope under it so that when it does decide to leak, the brown envelope catch the little that comes out.The other thing is, you do get a warm mist, which is exactly the reason i purchase it, i just wish there was a way to get the mist to go higher, if you have a high bed, you won't get the benefit of the warm mist.Haven't tried the aromatherapy, but will eventually, maybe.

I like my PURE humidifier a little more as to warranty and ease of use - but it didn't have the ultrasonic feature or essential oil pad or warm mist feature - but truth be told can't smell the essential oil in this one - had to use my diffuser separately -- still deciding if I am keeping it -- but the mist can be adjusted like that part - Also the items in over 2000 reviews is not pictured same as picture of item but same as received so wondering if the reviews are even for the same product !!!!!!!

The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star is because the warm mist does not take 15 min to get warm. I just received a replacement one because the first one I received, I had on for 4 hours and the mist still wasn’t warm. I was messing with the buttons and around hour 6, I felt warm mist.It seems like the replacement one is the same thing. I don’t know when the mist will get warm. I don’t get it. Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else having this problem?

I been using it for few months now. I have noticed decreased in vapor flow. It does take some time to get a warm vapor. The crack developed on internal water storage part vapor routing lip from regular use. I am contacting Polardo for warranty on this part as of now. Update: I contacted Polardo and on the same day, Andrew from customer service contacted me right away. They will send out replacement part under warranty. Excellent customer service!!

I used this for my patient who has asthma. It helped a lot to her shortness of breath. No noise at all. Easy to clean . The first time I bought it it only operates for about 7 months then dead. I contacted the maker and easily I got the replacement. I am sooo happy of their customer service. Then I found out that I was not following instruction, honestly I did’nt read it. The water that should be used are only the demineralized water such as distilled water and Reverse Osmosis. My big mistake was I used Alkaline water and tap water. So read the instruction , you tube how to take care of it. I would gighly recommend Polardo. You get a good quality product and a good service. Now got no concern. Enjoy!!!
