LASEPREHT Portable Red Light Device for Nose, 650nm Red Light Nasal Therapy Device

Love this product and it's so easy to use it daily. Customer service has also been great about responding quickly to questions. The only small thing I will say that I found a little challenging, is figuring out how to turn it on. Specifically, after you turn it on, you adjust the time and power level, and then you press the on/off button again to get it to start your session. I was concerned that hitting the on/off button would turn the device off, but it doesn't. It just starts the session. Happy to have this, I try to use it at least once every day.

This may be a great product however it was impossible to know since I was unable to charge it given the mismatch of charger and item!

Had a problem with unit. Customer service was excellent. Worked together to do some troubleshooting and make sure everything was right. Will be buying from them again!

Very good design, great quality, built well however it doesn't help with my nasal issues. I tried everything and really wanted it to help but unfortunately it didn't.

I am updating my review. I figured out the directions and have been using the product, which seems to work well. It is sturdily built and my nasal passages feel better after use. I am only giving it 4 stars because the directions should be better written so they are easily understood by English speaking people.

My first treatment was last night and I found the directions hard to understand. I think anything of this nature should have clear and concise instructions. I will review the product at a later date.

I’m happy to now own this product because, as someone who has personally seen significant benefits resulting from red light/laser therapy, this device lets me take advantage of those benefits, inside of my nose. For obvious reasons, this is a hard-to-reach spot with regard to light therapy, but nevertheless, there are times when I certainly could use a little help there. Not that anyone likes to talk about it, but occasionally pimples or sores can crop up in there, and when they do, they seem to take forever to resolve. Also, sometimes, particularly in dry weather conditions, the inside of my nose can become irritated, and next thing I know, I have a nose bleed because I tried to scratch some itchy skin in that area. For these occasions as well, I believe this device offers help, even if to just try to reduce some of the inflammation. The device itself is very lightweight and fairly delicate. It’s not made to be heavy-duty, so handle with care. It contains a built-in rechargeable battery and comes with a charging cord. The main display shows battery level, similar to how most cell phones show battery level. Operation is fairly simple. The wire with the two probes (one for each nostril) plugs into the side of the unit. There is an on/off switch, power intensity button (3 levels) and a timer switch. Two sets of probe covers are provided which can be cleaned with an alcohol wipe between uses. Other than the normal cautions, particularly with regard to using protective eye wear (do not look directly into the light), I see no downside to this product. The instructions were obviously written in another language and likely auto-translated, so there is certainly room for improvement with that…but reading them slowly, one can still understand what is being said. All in all, I see this as a good product, one I hope to utilize for the foreseeable future.
