Amazing, feels nice, looks nice and keeps drinks warm for longer, best travel mug I've had, plus it's unbreakable, what more do you want, and even if you're not a batman fan it's ok because it's that not noticeable.

Brilliant travel mug, looks more expensive than it was and the outside rubber feels great, design is fab and I had a very happy fella on his bday, arrived fast too! Would recommend :-)

It's nice. Bought it for work for when I'm taking lunch outside. It keeps my tea very hot, and the rubber on the outside keeps my hands insulated from the heat. I don't really like the lid all that much, as it seems like a cheaper design. Overall, perfect for what I want it for!

Bought for my partner to have at work so he might actually be able to have a hot coffee, rather than making one, putting it down somewhere and getting called somewhere else.... He absolutely loves it. Not just because it is a batmug..... although, that fact alone would do it, but because it keeps his coffee hot for ages.

Initially thought it was brilliant. It looks great and the drink stays hot for quite a while. The rubber outer casing has excellent grip. A little too big for my cup holder in the car but it does fit with a push. Missus put it in the dishwasher by accident. As far as I can see it doesn't say that you can't put it in the dishwasher. The stainless steel cup filled with water. I couldn't get it out and it made annoying sloshing noises as I drank and it dripped the water when held at certain angles.I bought another one because I thought it was good apart from the dishwasher disaster. Within 4 days of purchasing the new one the stainless steel top detached from the lid section. I could see glue that had hardened underneath. I pressed the part back on and it was ok until I had a drink. I could taste a chemical taste. I kept going with it but today I threw it in the bin. I'm gutted because it seems like it should be a lot better quality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I needed a travel mug for my caffeine fixes in work when their coffee machine was broken, so I bought this. It arrived a bit sooner than expect which was great, and was packaged and tagged nicely, so would have worked as a gift too. Sadly I think mines faulty, that or poorly put together. The first time I used it I noticed there is a small gap between the steel rim and seal. I thought it was a cosmetic flaw, but when using it I've noticed it seeps now and again (was hoping it was condensation or that I'd just got some water on it, but it's happened a few times during use now and I've carefully dried and inspected the area during use, and it is just a small gap). I also noticed when I first opened it, the small clear rubber inner seal was twisted and out of place. I correct this, but it'd happened a few times since then too.Appart from the little issues it's still a nice mug, keeps my coffe nice and warm and is stylish up close and not too flashy or noticeable from affar, so fits nicely as a personal touch on my desk without it making my boss raise an eye brow. Even with the minor faults found, it's still useable, so I'll stick with it and hope the problems don't worsen, but I won't be getting another.

Great quality and quite large. Lovely design and comfortable to carry.

was annoyed when it arrived as i ordered it because the blurb said it was ceramic. Didnt send it back because i fell in love with it. Well made light easy clean and would be hard to break!
