I'm an occasional runner/jogger and also walk at night on dark country lanes. This has been a game changer. It gives me confidence on unlit roads and paths with uneven surfaces, and I know that I have a fair chance of being noticed in time by motorists, cyclists and dog walkers. The front lamp has high and low settings: high is good enough to see the ground ahead at a reasonable pace, low is less intrusive, and extends battery life. You can also angle the front lamp down to illuminate the ground immediately ahead. It sits securely on my chest and the only movement of the light beam is the natural change of direction slightly from side to side as my body moves. I was initially sceptical about the LEDS on the back so I took it out in the dark, hung it on a fence and then checked how visible it is from a distance and at various angles. It's perfectly satisfactory. I have found that it is easier just to put it on over my head rather than undoing and doing up the little clip on one side. I've also found that putting the shoulder strap over my right shoulder helps the front lamp to point slightly to the left, which gives me a better view of the edge of the path, and is less likely to dazzle oncoming traffic. It arrived the day after I ordered it, and fully charged. What's not to like?

The media could not be loaded. The light is very bright and the battery can be used for a long time after fully charged. It is suitable for night running and mountain climbing. It feels safe to wear at night. The price is right and it is more convenient than ordinary headlights.It would be good if the packaging is better.

Easy to fit and comfortable, charge time good and certainly makes you stand out in the dark.

This light gear is great i use it for running ,it's functional,great value for the miney i paid ,the design and visabilty of the light is very bright and so comfatable to wear to as its very lightweight and you dont even feel it as you stretch .

This light worked well when I used it for two evening runs, but has now had to go in the bin, since it has failed to re-charge after running out of battery. I only discovered this after the return window closed, since I have not needed to use it frequently.

A good running light, I have used it for many runs in the dark and it lights up the path in front of me very well. The strap on the back is reflective and has a triangle light for good visibility. It is easy to put on and comfortable to wear.
