Tastes authentic
When I was in Iran decades ago, my mother-in-law made this great quince jam. We bought a quince tree and planted it at our home, but our attempts to replicate the jam were unsuccessful. When I saw this jam was from Turkey, I'd hoped to get that Middle Eastern taste. My husband says this jam tastes just like his mom's homemade, so we'll order again.

Use this quince in pies, bread puddings and other desserts
This product is more like preserved fruit than a jam. Don't think about spreading it on anything. I have used the quince fruit pieces in a buttermilk pie, a clafouti, and a bread pudding. The quince flavor comes through and complements the creamy medium. The syrup can be used to top vanilla ice cream or to flavor other dishes. I highly recommend it as an easy alternative to preparing raw quince for inclusion in a dessert.

The most terrible quince preserve
I threw it away. So much sugar, you might have a real coma from it.

Real authentic jam
This is made with real delicious Turkish quince. And it’s made with real sugar, not with other stuff they use on other jams.Put it in sandwich, or top of buttered piece of bread. Tastes really good.UPDATE: I am glad it’s back to its original size of quince. It was in tiny pieces for awhile, now in nice chunks and tastes better I think they have a new cook..

Disappointed.
Sorry, not the best version of Quine jam. Clumpy, does not spread very well and the taste is lacking.

The taste
Too expensive, taste is eatable, color is brown, I wouldn’t buy again

Way, way too sweet.
I'm sorry, but this was absolutely inedible due to the overwhelming sweetness. You couldn't taste anything except for grainy sugar. If EXTREME sugar is your thing, by all means, get it. If not, this isn't for you either. I put some on toast, took one bite and three out the entire jar.
