This was a staple seasoning item, and easily available when I lived in the Caribbean. I brought a couple tubs back with me on my return to the UK but had used both. Has a better taste and is better quality than the standard stuff in the supermarkets.

I first bought this in a small pot but when that ran out and they didn't have it in stock again, I got this bigger version. I love garlic and I'm partial to salt, I put this in a lot of my recipes now and it's become a staple in my food cupboard.
