Good, subtle taste. I have been taking this for about 3 weeks now and I feel they have helped with over all focus. Don’t expect miracles, but there are quality ingredients that seem to be helping.

Not the best flavor but good benefits

Works well and helps my mind to be clearer and sharper, however the caffeine content is one to pay attention to. The. Recommended dosage is thre gummies. I tried this for two days and I COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP at night. When I took a few days off, without the gummies, I went back to normal. So now I take about half a gummy a day, and this works for me. Definitely worth trying, just beware of the caffeine.

I found these for my mom and she is almost 80 yrs old. These have helped her with her memory loss and she focuses more with taking them. I definitely recommend for those who have memory loss. She didn't get any side effects and loves the taste. Price wasn't bad either.

Taste absolutely awful but the effect is really nice. Not like drinking a matcha, but more like a light buzz from it with some extreme focus. Love it!
